Found old raccoon damage on the roof and instead of upselling me said flat out: that part needs a roofer, not us. Who turns down money like that? Around $250 for a detached house under big trees, photos of everything on my phone. Two storms since, gutters are quiet.

My balcony was covered in about 2 years worth of poop, dust bunnies, cigarette ashes, and spilled drinks... all baked in by hot summer sun. Derrick from Multi-Services came in and basically made my balcony look brand new over the course of 1 hour. NEW. I could not believe it. All stains and debris were totally removed and sanitized from the balcony floor, windows and sliding screen door. Nothing was spilled out onto units below me. I was very very impressed. Not only was Derrick professional, on time, and respectful of the unit, he was also a super nice guy. Tip for pigeon problems- Buy a slinky, mount it across the top of your railing to stop the pigeons from hanging out and doing their biz on your balcony. Since my cleaning, I've keep the balcony clutter free and the pigeons seem to not be interested in visiting me. It's been 3 weeks and no poop.

Finally the company asked us to sign a contract for more work on the roof to fix it. The company took the deposit for the work, but never did any work. The contract states "The Owner acknowledges that the usual commencement date for the Work (the "Work") is approximately four (4) weeks from the date of execution of this agreement, excluding weather delays, and may also commence at a later date due to seasonal high volumes and other factors outside of Dominion's control." It's been over 3 months since we signed to have the work done on our roof. The company does not return our calls. I would never do business with this company again, and I hope no one else ends up in the same situation as we did.
