This place is ok if you like your girls top heavy and booties that look like chicken backs . I mean these females are fit because it does take skills to do those stunts on the poll not many can do what they do. What kills me with the strip clubs on the western side of Canada though is they are so concerned about the chest they forget all about the backside squats, lunges , and deadlifts are neglected by 90% that work there. Ladies you need to work the entire body not just pay for a chest and do acrobatics on the poll and the double sheet joint. So if your a booty lover I wouldn't recommend it that much but if you love a chesty female you'll probably enjoy yourself so it all comes down to what you enjoy really. I came here for a friends birthday party, and we had a good time. Shade itself is a strip club, not a Contemporary Dance Lounge. An average strip club with average everything. Located downtown there is little parking around . The cover can be waived if you pre book a party. Clean and tidy but they have those annoying bathroom attendants . You know those cheeseballs that stand around and offer you cologne in hope of a tip. Generally when nightclubs have these I see it as a sign of a place, I don't want to be here. Drinks are about $7 each and bottle service is $120 for a 26. VIP booth (tiny little cramped booths) have a sign saying $10 per person to sit in it. Not worth going to unless you live downtown . JUST put on a customer appreciation party and breast cancer fund-raiser at this club on Saturday. I am well known for throwing company parties throughout the city and have never once had an event go so smoothly. Everyone was at the peak of professionalism from the doorman to the bottle service assitant that helped our server keep up with this very busy event. The club is spotless, the service sections well laid out. Both floors are easy to get to without unsafe stairways. Our reservations were ready, all our special conditions for the party were met without my baby-sitting. I would highly suggest this venue and the management to throw everything from a regular run of the mill birthday. To a corporate event requiring full-service involvement from music, pre-planning, promotion assistance, guest welcome and direction, handling of monies for fundraising as well as special door instructions. (We had promotional cards handed out o the door to all the attendees) If you are looking for a safe, classy, fun venue for your event, this is the place to be. The upstairs service sections are great for company parties due to slightly less traffic and a more intimate environmet to entertain your guests and staff. However the downstairs is where the party is at so if you want to be right in the mix of it, I highly suggest downstairs VIP sections. Most of the girls were very friendly but the girl I got a private dance from last night was rude and unprofessional and charged way more than she was worth. Was condescending, unpleasant and I'm pretty sure was half in the bag. It was my first time there and who knows what her deal was. 100% would come back, lol just not to her. read more

So my friend got a ban from this place as well as Edens and Diamonds because the general manger is in charge of all 3 night clubs, because the person she went with decided to go skiing in the bathroom stall, I can understand her being banned but my friends only fault was being in the wrong place at the wrong time..the manager wouldn't even hear her out about it.. So now my friend is banned from all 3 strip clubs, and after speaking to the manager, he basically made her waste her time going down to Edens just to be kicked out for being banned.. Shade 105 is awesome! It was busy but not overly packed we couldn't breathe. My girlfriends and I were hard to get off the dance floor at the end of the night because we were having so much fun (as you can probably see by our clubzone pictures (the one with a million girls)). Went for the first time a few days ago and i will say, the service went the extra mile to make sure you had a fun time. Prices for VIP arent online but it is costly but worth it. Its like $120 for 16 min and $90 for 3 songs. The bouncers were friendly and the beer was a good price. Definitely worth going to, even if you dont live in the area. One more thing, if youre low on cash, ATMs are on site. Staff is more than willing to direct you to them. read more
