[WHY would she NOT tell me, so I could reschedule?!?] Result: lavender, hot pink, gray looking hair w/ blonde. Usual hair: chunky blonde highlights, dark plum purple underneath back & mixed thru top as dark color. Reanna volunteered to meet 10/22, assuring me she'd have the CORRECT color & would also properly cut my hair. I asked to go from long, layered hair to shoulder-length, layered hair. HOWEVER, instead of sectioning my hair into parts & cutting those parts...I was SHOCKED! She took scissors & just started chopping off the back of my hair...I have long, THICK LAYERED hair! RESULT: Horrible! Uneven hair, different lengths, the scissors left the ends 'chopped' looking, & not shoulder-length or layered, because even though SHE KNOWS my hair is curly wet & very wave dry, thus, if you're giving me shoulder-length, layered hair, you can't chop it off like that! Then, SHE DIDN'T SHOW TO FIX MY HAIR 10/22! She KNEW I was starting a new Legal Assistant job 10/23! I've never been so embarrassed on a 1st day of work with lavender & pink hair! My husband had a massage with a girl that worked downstairs in the chiropractic office. His massage was on an actual chiropractic table. He got up and left the massage only 30 minutes into the hour because the girl was just slapping lotion on him with no technique what so ever. He asked her how long she had been a massage therapist and she said 1 week. He also left because the room was so cold that his arms were numb. My massage was with the male that worked there. I should have left half way through as well, but I felt bad at the time and was just hoping it would get better. I honestly felt like it was his first time ever doing a massage. It was so awful all around. We called the office manager after our massage to tell her our experience and she told me she had the same guy work on her before and it took her a week for her back to stop hurting and that she agreed he was horrible...are you kidding me?! Why does he work there and what kind of business are these people running. She said she will talk to the Owners on Monday so we shall she if they rectify this situation. I am still blown away by this. It makes me so frustrated that there isn't more pride taken in your business and services they provide. This was my husband and my first night away from our daughter who was born early and been sick all year. This was meant to be relaxing and give us a break. So much for that!
