I have called in several times last year and again this spring/summer to address thistles coming back and nothing has been done and no call back. When I requested a refund for the remaining 3 treatments I was told all pre payments are non refundable, I asked why is that not disclosed when the customer calls in to make the prepayment with no response from Ryan. I hope the owner sees this review and makes some staffing changes for the sake of their company.

Even though I called halfway through the summer and they were only able to fit in two treatments, we could still see a big difference in our lawn.
