A lot is at the back where you can't see it unless you had help!! No treatment could have saved this then and they knew it, but failed to tell me this, rather, just get a color slapped on the best they could to suffice and scoot me out the door because they knew they weren't seeing me again! As soon as they were done, I was a lost cause. They make it sound like they care while you're there but it's all a facade. They haven't even contacted me since I left to see how my hair was holding up, IF it was!?! I'm so heartbroken! 15+ years of growth breaking off, just gone. I was looking for someone long term to care for me, my family, and extended family - friends hairs and this is how I get treated. I'll probably be bald by summer and have to buy a wig another extremely expensive lesson I'm going to have to learn from this mistake.
