NOTE: This restaurant is in San Salvador EL SALVADOR, not Argentina. I tried to indicate that with the information I provided, but Yelp didn't have an option for El Salvador in the input form. I hope a Yelp staff person adjusts the location data so that the restaurant will show up in the right place.

The name makes this place sound like someplace where food would be dished out from a steam table, but make no mistake, this is a lovely restaurant. My colleague and I sat in a beautiful garden area on a warm September night, and it was an amazing meal in a beautiful spot.
We ordered reasonably, I thought, but portions were so long that my colleague (who lived locally) went home with enough food for at least two more meals.
I had the salmon kabob, which was mouth-wateringly delicious, and a side of challow (rice). My limonada with soda was terrific too. I ordered the mantu as an appetizer to share and we each ordered garlic naan. One order of the naan would have been more than enough. My colleague ordered the ashak as an appetizer and the chicken tikka masala. She also shared my challow.
We FEASTED. I would go back in a heartbeat, preferably with more people so that we could have tried more dishes (and/or had enough hungry mouths to justify ordering even what we did).
We came on the early side for dinner and were able to park right out front. I'm not sure where parking would be once the few spaces in front of the restaurant filled up. read more
