It is unprofessional to not get back to a customer, especially one who would will be paying atleast $1.5k. If they haven't responded to get my business, I can only imagine how hard it would be to contact them if I hired them as a vendor. Update: Here are all the times that I or my fiancé reached out to cupkeyk events. No messages ever given. It is interesting there is no proof of us reaching out on their end. I think what would be helpful for your business, is if you are unable to get back in contact with customers, to have a default message that you are sick/on vacation, or even have an automated message.
