It's a really cool place that has crystals, plants and they even do open mic night there sometimes! It's an awesome place and I'm a crystal diva, so it's great to have another place to go to when places like Collective Concsiousness in Oakdale, Tranquility within in patchogue and the Breathe in bayshore all closed down. Home away from home - such sweethearts here - always so helpful and giving suggestions on products . They've got a huge front room with a local hoopers hoops, hoodies, incense, all your typical go to headshop materials. They also have great quality of glass - none of that china garbage (only a few pieces) they have have live blowings which is super cool to catch. I don't even live locally anymore but I take the trip for shakedown because I know what I'm buying is quality products- they also have a huge inventory of Cbd treats and products for your pets!! Smoke odor candles are bomb but not unique to shakedown. I go to Shakedown about every 2 weeks to pick up incense and candles. They have THE BEST in anything to make your house smell pretty! They also supplied me with all of my clothes this summer! They now carry healing crystals and minerals and the prices are a steal. I also shop in the Head Shop section, it looks like a museum. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable about all of the products. I bought a G Pro from them and the price was right, its my favorite new toy, I ended up buying another G Pro for my cousins birthday. Heard good things about this place and stopped in last night. Selection was very good but staff sucked. When someone walked in the exit to the glass room (which is unlocked from the outside and not clearly marked) he was yelled at repeatedly and told his license looked fake (30-40 year old man). After he made a purchase and left the girl spent the next 5 minutes loudly shit talking the guy saying to the store "I don't care, I'm right, if any of you guys are his friends and want to try and defend him go ahead". As soon as I walked in I was asked are you alright you look nervous. I was not nervous the slightest bit. Maybe the girl has never seen me before. I had no reason to be nervous I was there to purchase specific merchandise. you shouldn't judge people on how they look. what if I was on medication that makes me look nervous like OCD people. Once again I was not nervous. Maybe because I am a big man she was nervous. after I told her what I was looking for she looks the area where it was and tell s me its not there then I looked and it was 2 feet to her left. I have been there in the past and this is the first time this has happened to me here or anywhere else. I felt very uncomfortable and dissatisfied. I will avoid going in there for a long time if ever again. They should be polite and respectful to there customers. With out their costumers they got nothing. Great selection tho read more

I bought a broken vaporizer from shakedown. I was told several times "I want to help" but nothing was done to help. "Don't worry you'll be vaping in 2015" I still have a vaporizer that doesn't vaporize. I'm very disappointed. read more

i was sold a broken vape pen told to bring it back when i got therewas given the runaround. they would not give me a new vape pen or a refund . dont go there all they want is your money!!! they dont even know about the products they sell!!! read more
