My double burger was very salty, the other avocado bacon burger was okay, but both were dry, far from juicy as what I had in original NYC restaurant, not to mention the smaller size.

Meh. I had an early flight and wanted to try something new for breakfast I've never had before. I ordered the sausage, egg & cheese. I don't know why I was surprised it was served on a hamburger bun, but that threw me for a loop. Overall, it was a decent sandwich but for some reason, I was expecting more/different/better. Check it out and decide for yourself! ;)

I got lunch at this Shake Shack inside Boston Logan and I was pleased with my bacon avocado burger and cheese fries. Everything was well-packed for a to-go order and I sat down at a table to eat before my flight.

This was an airport so aiprot rules apply (assume more expensive, less options, less customer service, not as clean). This was tough. The food was wrong, all cheeseburgers had no cheese (???), fries had nasty congealed cheese, it took 30 mins, and the workers seemed uninterested in being there. Brutal.

Fantastic! Best bite in the airport. I think it's new but it's great by me. If you're going to dine in, single or two just at sit at the bar. Order your meal from the bar, staff are excellent!

I wanted to have a drink (or two) before my flight back home to Vegas & this bar was the closest to my gate (C23).

More often than not, they disappoint at that price point. And some don't even come with fries for that price! But that's where we are. I ordered the Capital Burger for $23. It was arguably the best burger I've had in my life. Like a French onion soup infused burger. The taste was delectable, the quality top notch, and cooked to perfection. And yes, it came with fries. Finally, a burger worth the hefty price places charge nowadays. Wife had the Ribeye Steak Sandwich which was flavorful and plentiful, as we brought half home for lunch the next day. And surprisingly, the wine list is VERY reasonably priced. Again, if you eat out often, you know the prices for a glass of wine have risen beyond ridiculous the last couple of years. So appreciate this place for not price gouging.

And, their beef blend is supplied by Pat LaFrieda - a well known New York beef purveyor. I'm also impressed with their creative mix of ingredients on their menu items! My Smoked Bacon Old Fashioned with bacon infused Woodford Reserve bourbon, maple syrup, Bitters and candied bacon started my dinner with a home run cocktail. Immediately brought to our table were a round of waters and a small mason jar of their in-house made pickles - ever so slightly sweet and well balanced. Hubs eyes are always bigger than his stomach so for starters he ordered Smoked Gouda Cheese fries with chopped Poblano Peppers, Eggs & Bacon deviled eggs with candied bacon and a cup of New England Clam Chowder. They were all very good. Their menu features 5 creative beef burgers and one in house made vegetarian burger. My Capital Burger was a delicious layering of caramelized onions, Wisconsin Gruyère and shallot aioli - so good! I opted for the side of mixed greens side salad with vinaigrette and it was light and fresh. Fernando was a rock star server and made great recommendations. We will return when in Boston again!!

We are visiting Boston from Chicago and wanted to really like this restaurant. We were both hyped…read moreto taste a GR burger. Sigh. The Good: drinks were fine. Nothing to write home about, but adequate. Onion rings were excellent. I've never had rings with whatever they used to fry it in, but it was fantastic. Truffle fries were great, as were the dipping sauces. My daughter liked her burger (she got the Hell's Kitchen Burger, sans avocado), medium rare. She's a tiny thing and usually can't eat an entire burger, but she inhaled the whole thing. The Bad: I am apparently very naive - I thought the vegan burger was something they made in house and was interested to taste the combo of veggies they use. Nope. It was just that over-processed, disgusting Beyond Burger, with terrifyingly oversalted tomatoes and lettuce. I have never looked forward to something and subsequently been so let down. I took it back to the hotel because I saw ducks and thought I'd feed them the bun. Service: was fine. He was sweet and was attentive. Ambiance: fine. It was upscale burger decor. I think I'd recommend going once just for the sake of saying I went to a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. But be aware one alcoholic beverage, one non-alcoholic beverage, and two burgers set me back $100 (including tip). I would not go back again though. It was not worth $100. But at least now I know I don't need to visit the Chicago one!

From start to finish, we had an amazing experience here. We ate here on Sunday. They open at 11:30am. We got in line around 11:00 am, and there were already dozens of people waiting in line for them to open . Around opening time, the owner came out and personally greeted everyone as they came into the restaurant. He was so friendly. He greeted passers-by on the street and talked with the locals. The staff was friendly and answered all our questions. They provided recommendations and offered suggestions. We sat at a window table and were able to see out at the boats. It was cute and quaint inside! I got a cup of the clam chowder. I 100% recommend it! They add dill and omit the pork, which made it so delicious! My friend and I split the fish and chips, and it was more than enough for two people. The fish was cooked perfectly and the fries (chips) were crispy without being too crunchy. We added a bit of pepper to our fish, and my goodness does that make a difference. If you visit Boston, want an awesome local establishment with delicious food and overly friendly staff, this is the place for you. This was my third visit to Boston and I'm so sad I didn't know about it sooner. It's a MUST.

The clam chowder was tasty but the Cajun Popcorn Shrimp was just average. Lobster was well prepared but halibut was slightly overcooked and mashed potatoes were bland.
