Popped in for a late-night snack after a nearby show. Sure, it's not the healthiest option, but sometimes you just have to indulge! This was my first visit, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good everything was. My bacon cheeseburger was cooked smash-style, with the option to stack as many patties as you'd like. The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh, and I appreciated that they even offered a well-done option (yes, yes, I know, but that's how I like it!). I ordered a bacon burger without cheese! There was nothing on it--no ketchup, mustard, or barbecue sauce--just a plain burger. When I looked at the wrapper, it was very greasy and had some green stuff on it. I wasn't sure where the green came from since the hamburger had no sauce on it. However, I was so hungry that I decided to eat it, but the burger was quite disappointing. About ten minutes after eating it, my stomach started to feel upset, and I had to run to the bathroom twice. Is there still a hype around Shake Shack? I remember a time where the whole Shake Shack vs In n Out debacle took over the foodie world on YouTube. Where they had people from east to west coast leaving reviews between the 2 which one was better. Years have now passed and It might be crazy to even say that this is my first time having SS so here goes my first impression!! The inside gives modern casual vibes. I didn't have too much face to face customer service action because we ordered online and ate in the car. That was the best thing to come out of Covid btw lol. But I will say, they didn't give me any of the sauces I ordered or any napkins. I mean why have the option online to click for ketchup, utensils ect if you're not going to put them in the bag? I also ordered a shack sauce for my son's chicken bites, didn't get that either. Now how do I really feel about the food? Let's go down the list. Shack burger- i know it's a smash burger but the overall size was like the palm of my hand lol. Like a 3-4 biter and you're done. Yeah the bun is nice, they got that. Shack sauce, I couldn't really taste. Mayo based but no outstanding flavor that would be like oh yeah that's shack sauce! Which is why I ordered one on the side with my chicken bites but It wasn't in the bag so I couldn't break down the flavor if I wanted to. Shack stack- this was the one I was Intrigued by. I remember watching taste testing / mukbang videos of this burger, the lava cheese stuffed inside a shroom. That's what I was expecting. The shroom was great, but overall lacked flavor. A little salt could've gone a long way to pull out that natural umami flavor that mushrooms have. It had the crunch, definitely stuffed with cheese, but I wish I could actually taste a good mushroom. Cheese fries- cheese on the side. I mean can you mess up cheese fries? Pretty good cheese sauce & cheese ratio was good. Again I find myself at another place with crinkle fries but I digress lol. My son had the chicken bites, he enjoyed them. But he's also 3 and will eat anything. My husband and I snuck a bite, they were more seasoned than both burgers. Strawberry shake- standard. Light strawberry flavor. So let's wrap this up. 2 burgers, 2 fries w a cheese sauce on the side, 1 6pc chicken bites & a strawberry shake for just over $43. I REALLY don't like mentioning prices when It comes to food, because we have to eat either way. But I say this everytime, if I am going to pay for something then I feel like at the very least I should enjoy / be happy with that purchase. This was our first time here, and, despite smaller burgers than at many other establishments, Diane and I liked the food we ordered. She had a plain Single Cheeseburger with Bacon Cheese Fries, and I enjoyed a Single Shack Burger and a grilled Hot Dog, both augmented with White Onion, along with Cheese Fries. The burger patty was of the smashed variety, with a little meat slightly charred in a few places along the edges. Two small slices of tomato and some leafy lettuce graced my burger, along with some welcome ShackSauce, which to my mind tasted much like Jack in the Box's Secret Sauce. It seemed to be mustardy enough that I opted to just add ketchup to my burger. An untoasted pillowy soft Potato Bun embraced the burger's contents, and added to its tastiness. My grilled Hot Dog was almost severed in two, and the juicy Vienna Beef wiener stuck out of both ends of the soft bun like a Dodger Dog. But this Dog was tastier than any Dodger Dog I have eaten in the past. It was rather plain, so I added ketchup and mustard to the White Onion I had requested and received. I wish a Shack-cago Dog had been available like I had ordered at another Shake Shack on the Las Vegas Strip in the distant past. It was not listed on the menu here. My Cheese Fries were among the best Crinkle Cut French Fries I have tasted. The melted cheese spilling over and enrobing the Fries tasted like Cheese Whiz but was probably melted Cheddar Cheese. Diane liked her Bacon Cheese Fries, so I will likely try that next time. Workers that I encountered here were all friendly and helpful. The food was made to order, and tasted like it. I liked listening to the piped in background music with a beat. The dining room was very clean, and all-wood booth seating comfortable enough. Yelp Review 2023 #317: December 14, 2023 - the newest kid on the block...(on Craig Road to be exact) has made its debut. And boy, did it go well! I've been to many grand openings and soft openings. Some went astonishingly well, some had understandable kinks, and some that just couldn't get it together. Shake Shack planned their grand opening well. They were properly staffed. Somebody greeted us and opened the door for us. And although the drive through wrapped around the building and all the way out to Craig, the staff kept their composure and did not panic. There was a short line for dine-in and takeout orders. We placed our order and got our food in under 20 minutes. Shake Shack isn't McDonald's where you place your order and it's ready in 5 minutes. So, if that's what you're expecting, go to McDonald's. Speaking of drive-thru, this is the first location that has one. And it shows. That's the part that was not planned well. The parking lot does not have enough space for cars parked to be able to pull out of their spot because the drive-thru line is blocking the parking spots. I watched that line and how those that parked could not get out. And one side of the parking lot is also hard to get out of because it's a dead end! This needs to be fixed rather quickly because I don't think the neighboring businesses will be thrilled that Shake Shack customers are parking at their lot. I always get the same burger from Shake Shack and it's their Shack Stack (with a side of fries and a drink). A cheeseburger with battered and portabello oozing with cheddar and Muenster cheeses, lettuce, tomato, and ShackSauce on a toasted potato bun. Be careful biting into that mushroom and cheeses are hot and oozing - let it cool for a bit. They have shakes and frozen custard with non-dairy options, seasonal offerings, chicken sandwiches, chicken bites, hotdog, etc. The staff members were friendly and you won't find a burger place that would check on you or offer you a drink refill like they do here. And I hope it stays that way. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The space is bright. But their floor is rather greasy and slippery. As a company, Shake Shack has really exploded. I remember a decade ago, I'd have to go to New York and Boston just to get my Shack fix. Now, they have locations in Japan, Philippines, Germany, Qatar, UAE, England, etc. And they started building closer and closer to home. And this location is closest to home. read more

Always an issue at this location but tonight just proves why I'll stop giving them chances! "ANNA" has the worst attitude. (African American young female, glasses, dreads in a ponytail) I came through the drive through window and ordered my 3 burgers and 1 fry. (Double shack burger, double avocado bacon burger, mushroom burger) I specifically said I need 2 double and 1 mushroom and a fry and she kept getting my order wrong and asking me to clarify so I did clarify several times and yet she still got my order wrong. Once I paid I checked my receipt and of course the food took 15 minutes so finally when she presented the food I mentioned her mistake of giving me a single instead of a double and she said "welp, you agreed to the screen!" First and foremost, I absolutely love Shake Shack. As a native New Yorker born and raised in Brooklyn I had been on the Shake Shack bandwagon long before they came to Las Vegas. I was even more thrilled to find they were coming to North Las Vegas which meant I no longer had to travel to Downtown Summerlin to visit. As a true Shake Shack enthusiast it was only right that I showed up to the grand opening on December 14th. There was a beautiful singing trio serenading all patrons with Christmas carols. The Shake Shack staff provided everyone with a Shake Shack branded tumbler which was so lovely and durable. This location offers kiosk ordering which was also recently introduced to the Downtown Summerlin location. This made my ordering process extremely quick. There were workers assisting other customers with it but you could also order at the cashier if you chose. I was disappointed they didn't have the Trolls shakes available. The menu did offer the season Christmas Cookie Shake which I selected. Sadly a worker approached my table to tell me it was unavailable and they weren't doing any promotional drinks at the moment. He did provide me with a $5 off coupon for my next visit. I'll definitely be using that on the Trolls Branch' Peppermint Bark Shake once it's available. This is currently the only Shake Shake in Vegas with a drive-thru. This is going to be great for those evening visits when you just want to grab and go. There were QR codes on the tables asking to leave feedback. Sadly the new location wasn't listed to be able to leave a review. I did email Shake Shake customer service. They returned a response quickly and provided me an outlet to send this review (as the location was not yet available on Yelp at the time either). The staff were all extremely kind and accommodating. They were cool with photo-ops as well to celebrate the opening. This is easily the greatest addition to all of the restaurants here on Craig Rd and Scott Robinson Blvd. read more

At the cousin's request, we had shake shack for lunch, which I will never complain about! This time I had Slap Shot Burger, which came with a double patty with provolone cheese, onion, and garlic mayo (also comes with fried pickles but I'm not a fan so I took those out). Split the cheese fries with the fam and also ordered the non-dairy chocolate shake. Since we did take out, I also added in some lettuce and avocado we had on hand and the burger was winnahs!! I think I would've been fine if it was a single patty instead of a double, because I was definitely feeling very heavy towards the end of the meal. Hello. I was at one of your establishments here in Vegas on craig rd n. I go here often and never had an issue inside or drive thru. I was told today that on my order of 51.45$ they will not let me use my discount and said the food is already at a discounted price. There no indicator of that on the menu board or building. Then say they cant apply discount thru drive thru and if I come inside they will have to do it SEPARATELY. When does shake shack ever done that. Then I ask is there a price difference from drive thru compared to inside the store and she said yes!!! I'm confused why would it be a price difference and when did that start to happen!! Then the female mgr said I can take a drink off and that all she can do. They don't allow us to apply that discount on combo meals. Where does it say I can't use my discount on combo meals in the drive thru compared to being inside. She says I can get the discount on a non combo order in the drive thru and again if I come inside she will have to do it separately. What establishment does that. The shake shack at the outside mall south outlet does not do that and I ate there earlier this month and got my discount on full combo orders. Stopped by for some lunch with a few coworkers. The restaurant is nearby many other eateries but lots of parking around. The restaurant was clean and we were greeted right away by staff. They have kiosk for you to place your order, you grab a number and sit while you wait. They bring your food out to you when it's ready. I ordered the avocado burger. The bacon was the perfect crisp! The burger had great flavor but on the small side. The burgers and sandwiches are priced individually and you have to order drink and fries/sides separately. My burger and a large drink was just under $16 which to me seems on the higher end for just a small burger and drink. They do offer free refills if you dine in but they don't have the fountain drink dispenser out for customers to refill their own drinks, you have to ask them to fill it at the counter. read more

We don't frequent Shake Shack that often, but since they just opened one in our neck of the woods, we dined here the other night. Folks always like to compare this chain with In n Out, but, to be fair, they're not really that alike other than they both sell burgers and fries. First of all, the price point is different with Shake Shack's items costing more (a fact that people always point out in their comparisons). Shake Shack also has a bigger menu, offering a variety of burgers (avocado bacon, veggie, 'shroom), chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, frozen custard, and shakes (more flavors than In N Out's). This location of Shake Shack's is the first to boast a drive-thru and it was indeed busy with cars when we dined here. We ate inside and it's quite spacious. You can place your order at a kiosk or with a real, live person. There was only one other party in front of us, so we were able to order and quickly seat ourselves in a booth. I went with a double ShackBurger with two Angus Beef cheeseburgers, lettuce, tomato, and ShackSauce on a toasted potato bun ($9.69). I added an order of the crinkle cut fries ($3.99) plus the Fifty/Fifty lemonade (lemonade and iced tea) for $3.69. I really enjoyed this meal; the burger was quite flavorful and I'm a fan of both the potato bun plus the crinkle cut fries. Shake Shack may look like fast food, and it technically is, but the food will take a little longer because they are so busy. Prices at Shake Shack are also sticker shock to most. For about $45, we had two of their Double Shack Meals and a Chicken Sandwich. Their burgers may look small, but there's actually more meat and cheese in a Shake Shack burger than most of the other fast-food restaurants out there. Their patties start off as a cube of meat and is smashed, which gives them a smaller look. I'll just let my belly decide and guess what? I'm just as happy with Shake Shack's burgers. Shake Shack's burgers can get a little messy and their potato bun a little greasy too. The crinkle fries are always good. Overall, I'm a fan. Just to note...there was an issue with the burger I ordered. They accidentally added avocado to my burger, which I cannot enjoy because I am allergic to them. The Manager was great. She remedied the issue with the quickness and ensured we left happy. Just another note...this location has a drive-thru and the line is long. Ordering or dining inside may be faster. But the app is not letting me use any form of payment. I went inside the store and the cashier will not help me since the promotion I wanted to use is valid on the app only. I had to ask for a manager because I drove 30 mins to try this location. The manager was very helpful with my order. My food took longer in which I expected since its made to order. I was standing on the pick up area patiently waiting for my name to be called. There were 4 crews passed me, and didn't acknowledge me for standing there awhile.
