My boyfriend and I went by here on a Sunday afternoon around 3pm. Like other Shake Shack locations, the food quality is on point! What was great about this location was that they also had patio seating with umbrellas! So we got to enjoy our food outside with fresh air without overheating. I would say that if you plan to eat at this location, if the line is long, definitely order for pick up via the app! There won't be any extra time added for your order. The wait in line was easily 10-15 minutes and the wait for food was about 15-20 minutes. They were extremely busy!! But that was also no surprise being that it was a Sunday afternoon and for most people, the only time they have to stop by the mall. I do want to give a huge shoutout to the staff member who continuously came outside to check and see how we were doing!! I've never been to a Shake Shack where one of their staff checked in to see how folks were enjoying their meals. Sometimes you don't want to have sauce and burger juice dripping down your face while eating a burger, Shake shack is genius!! The burgers show love in the every part of it. Down to the soft, toasty, buttery bun. Lightly seasoned patty, crisp lettuce, and gooey cheese. I keep forgetting that I love shake shack! What is unforgettable for me is their fries!!! I love how crispy they stay during the meal. I always get it with the cheese sauce, and the fries don't get soggy!! Also comes with a cute little fork too! The hellish part of this whole experience that really truly stops me from going here is the parking. I hate driving around for 15+ min to find a spot near the entrance. I haven't had Shake Shack in a long time and I regret it! My husband and I both got the Shack Burger and we split the cheese fries (cheese on the side) and parmesan fries with truffle sauce. I saw they had a Tiramisu shake on the menu so of course I had to get that. We both really liked our burgers and will definitely get the parmesan fries with the truffle sauce again. This is one of my favorite burger places. The meat is nice and juicy with great flavor. I would highly recommend the Shack Burger (tomatoes, lettuce, shack sauce, I add onions). The SmokeShack (shack sauce, cherry peppers, bacon) is super flavorful as well with a kick. I've tried a lot of burgers that I thought "meh". But between every bite for these, I kept saying "this is sooo good". I tried the new Chick'n Bites as well and they are so good. They remind me of CFA but a lighter and differently flavored batter. Honey mustard is great with them. Fries are good, but not the best I've had. The milkshakes here are so creamy and delicious. Do yourself a favor and come here, get a burger, chick'n bites, fries, and a milkshake. That is a real feast. You come in (located at the mall), order at the front near the giant menu, they give you a buzzer, and you go collect your food when the buzzer goes off. We ordered the following: Shackburger $5.69 + bacon $1.79 Cheese Fries $3.99 Shroom Burger $7.29 Fries $2.99 Salted Caramel Shake $5.29 Sprite (small) $2.39 Yes, it's a bit pricey for burgers and fries but these are far from your average burgers and fries. They are totally worth the price! The burgers are so tasty. The Shroom burger is a cheesy explosion inside that mushroom. Maybe a little too much cheese for the hubs, but he still enjoyed it. The cheese fries, oh the cheese fries! Probably my favorite item on the entire menu. I love the consistency of the cheese. Creamy, but not too heavy. Not too salty either, just the right amount. The salted caramel shake was exactly what my sweet tooth needed at the time. Delicious! The staff is wonderful! They bust their butts in and out of the kitchen. Alright, the food is worth the hype, it is a darn good burger. Fresh, tasty, one of the best. We ordered to go and they do a solid business so it was about 20 minutes until it was ready. We had ordered bacon cheese fries and regular fries, our hotel was about five minutes away and by the time we got in our room, the fries were cold, the cheese was lukewarm, but that isn't Shake Shack's fault. I would only get those if I were dining in...they did package the cheese on the side so that was good. It's a bit pricy, about $8 bucks for just the burger, but as I said, it's a darn good burger. :-) read more

Had lunch with the ex-girlfriend here. I guess something decadent and sinful is appropriate. If you are wondering, this burger was pretty darn tasty. Big bold unadulterated beefy goodness. The bun was soft, sweet, almost like a brioche but, fluffier and not as dense. The patty itself was kinda greasy, but the juiciness and flavor made up for it. And of course, they have their own beer. Been wanting to go here for about a year now. It's way out of the way for me with horrible traffic in the area. I made a day trip to go check it out. The shroom burger was so good. That stuffed cheese is where its at for this place. Great buns and tasty different toppings. Milkshake was great. Light fry on the chicken pieces. Overall a very great lunch spot with good food and a nice staff. Wish it was closer. Honestly tho I wanted or expected more. It didn't blow me away or really offer anything I couldn't go without. On this day while visiting the mall my boys said they wanted to try SS. I didnt follow the hype when it first came to GA around 2014, so here it is 4 yrs later and i finally, get to taste whats's shaking at shake shack. Lets just say i liked it! I do think the burgers/hot dogs are smaller than they look on pictures. Small, but delicious so im not gonna complain. My favorite was those cheese crinkle fries, oh and the chicago style dog, yum! Very fresh ingredients, soft bun and that right there, is everything to me. One thing i didnt have was bacon on the cheese fries trust me, im going in and getting bacon next time. The staff was busy but helpful. Our trays were picked up/table cleared once we were done. There was plenty of bench style table seating along with a few tv's to watch. This was my first time at this establishment. The customer service was pretty good, they do have things in place for Covid so it was limited seating on the inside. There is a glass in front of the register and every employee wear is a mask which is great to see. Although the food was pretty good & it was fresh but very overpriced the sandwich was about seven dollars in it's pretty small as you can see in the picture below, and the fries were about four dollars and as you can see that's not much french fries and then I paid about four dollars for a drink of lemonade. Well it actually was the winter crusade lemonade and it was pretty good but not worth four dollars. I think I'll maybe try A burger next time and see if my opinion changes. read more

It was so good I forgot to take pictures. My family and I ordered four cheeseburgers and shakes. It was a fun kind of night. The burgers were seasoned well and served hot. The shakes -chocolate and cookies and cream- were the bomb.com! The servers were friendly which made for a wonderful experience. The restaurant is located on the exterior of the Perimeter Mall so you don't have to enter the mall. It's next to Cinco's and Maggiano's. The ambiance is pretty chilled. Drove back to Atlanta again to give Shake Shack another try. Honestly almost everything is A+. The place looks new and clean, has ample seating, and is conveniently located next to Perimeter mall. The cashier, Tasha, was so friendly and happy and it made my day. She was also very kind when serving other customers as well, so Shake Shack is lucky to have her as an employee! Burgers here taste great, nicely flavored, toasted bun, fresh tomatoes and lettuce, gooey cheese, YES. Still very impressed with their crinkle cut fries! Not my favorite fry shape but these are an exception. Very crispy on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside. Absolutely delicious. And did i mention they sell wine and beer here too? I have to say that this place did not disappoint. The shack stack is a must if you are a fan of mushrooms. It was so good as they deep fry a large portobello mushroom and the inside is stuffed with cheese. Combine that with a cheeseburger and you've got yourself a delicious treat! Burgers are closer to $10 and a decent middle size. I found the smoke shack okay compared to the shack stack because the peppers were cold and crashed with the warm gooey cheeseburger. A small soda is actually a small soda and not these crazy oversized American portions. The single burger with shack sauce is good, great size, juicy, very good. I dig shake shack - burgers are pretty good and their crispy fries are, indeed, crispy AF. However, this place can be pretty pricey though once you add fries and drinks with your burger/sammich. I tried their new chicken sandwich (which is for a limited time only) and I dig it, but it was so greasy that the bread was pretty soaked from it - wish they let grease drip out for a hot minute before slapping them on those buns. Also, come in a little early during lunch hours since this place can get packed in a quickness. People do like this place, so you have been warned. All in all, it's a-ok. This is not the best burger place ever, but it's pretty decent. Also, given their prices (you can quickly spend 12-15 bucks for lunch), its not the best deal. This is like any other Shake shack, it's really good I enjoy it very much, I usually go to the ones in Miami. But on 3/15, this was the first Georgia location I've been to and it's located just outside perimeter mall which is a nice place to hang out with friends or by yourself whatever preference you have. I didn't experience any problems, especially since we ordered 2 burgers and we were in and out within 30 minutes. The food came out correctly and even though a little overpriced, it was good. The location wasn't too bad, with plenty of parking as it's right outside of the mall. Personally, I would rather have an In-n-Out any day. But, Shake Shack isn't a bad choice in the south. Grand Total of $31.70 (see receipt for pricing breakdown) Our buzzer buzzed shortly after we were seated. Our food was piping hot and I was ready to risk it all and burn my mouth. The Shack Stack contains a beef patty, topped with a large deep fried cheesy portobello mushroom, lettuce, tomato and mayo.....and it's got buns.... WARNING: The cheese in the mushroom is piping hot so take bites with caution. The first time I visited I burnt my lip but it was worth it....cause I obviously come back for more! The first bite is alway the most exhilarating for me because it's mind blowing how good of a combo mushroom, beef and cheese can be. If you've considered this option but are thrown off by the word mushroom, I suggest bypassing the word and just going for it! The fries are always hot, fresh, and crispy. First time here and it was good. I got a chicken sandwich with the hot ones sauce on the side (they charge $1) for sauce. The chicken was cooked nice and crispy and the sauce was spicy and had a good flavor. I also got a chocolate milkshake but it was way more chocolate than I like.
