I don't know what it is but my wife loves this place. The service was great. The ambience was fine; fitting for a burger joint. She loves the burgers here. I can't say I love them but they were decent to good (aka Average). Happy wife happy life right? I prefer that place that features the group of guys that sell burgers. I think there are five of them? If memory serves me correctly. My wife ordered the mushroom burger and I had the normal burger, the American one with all the trimmings. When we got our burgers, she was confused. So was i because we ordered single burgers not doubles but hers was a double. Or was it? Upon further examination, she had one piece of meat and one big gigantic mushroom on it. I had to laugh. Ate inside Shake Shack Rosedale Center and it didn't disappoint. This is one of the nicer Shake Shacks I have been in with greenery and neat lights and wall decals. I ordered on the tablet at the front and the food came out quickly. The double shack burger was tasty and filling. Upon arrival I went inside, there was a fellow behind the counter who I gave my name to. About a couple of feet from the end of the counter a few feet back was another counter with to-go bags. Mine was promptly located and handed to me. The staff was friendly and efficient. I had customized the sandwich for no pickles. I deducted a star for it having pickles. Didn't ruin the sandwich or my day! The sandwich was delicious... so much avocado!! I didn't taste that the pickles were even on it! The bun was soft and tasty. I'm not a big fan of fried chicken sandwiches but this one...set the bar! It was overly breaded or too crispy....just right. I liked that the order was in a box-tray so they weren't sliding around the bag. Shake Shack Rosedale you definitely made a fan out of me. It was good for a fast food place. When we arrived, a staff member greeted us and asked if we wanted to pay by card or cash. We stayed card and she directed us to the kiosk. We had 40-minutes before we need to be at the AMC theater. It took about 10 minutes for for food to arrive. They send a text message when our food is ready. We ordered Hot Ones cheeseburger, chicken shack, crinkle fries, a soda, and a cookie and cream shake. I wish I was able to have my soda while I wait. There is a water fountain with plastic cups by the condiment station. The food was good for a fast food place. My husband liked the Hot Ones cheeseburger. He said there was flavor to off-set the spicy level. It has a drive-thru lane. It has its own parking lot. You may have to do a U-turn to get there and follow the one way lane when you exit. We drove along the parking lot/construction to get to AMC. Overall, it was good. Well priced. The food was good. No meal options. The ambiance was neutral for a Wednesday at 1:30pm. There were people dining in, but it wasn't busy or loud. There is a recreational game nearby the restroom and it seems like they have outdoor seating for the summer. A staff member did walk around checking on customers, which is different for a fast food place. The staff seems friendly. read more

I'm so so happy that a Shake Shack opened in Roseville! Decided to check out the inside of the place and it was really nice! You walk in and they have an area for you to place your order online. I decided to do the Shack burger and added the bacon, some cheese fries, and the smoke shack. The food was great! And despite it being pretty packed in drive through and a good amount of people inside the order didn't take that long. They have great seating options and can't wait to come when it gets warmer as they have a great patio space. It is a bit tricky to get into but once you figure it out they have parking available that it looks like will be shared with Panera. Over all great experience and great food! Oh and they had some game in the back by the bathrooms but I'm not sure what's it's called. Regardless a good option for some fun and games. read more

Kicking myself for not taking more pics at this newly opened Shake Shack! Was in the area running errands and saw they had drive through, so stopped for a bite. There wasn't much of a line for drive through yet which was nice! I ordered a single burger and cheese fries. Once I got to the window, they said they were running a bit behind and had me wait in a parking spot for my order. The order took over 5 minutes, which wasn't quite as "fast food" as I was looking for, but it was worth it in the end! Their burgers are so delicious, and their cheese fries hit the spot every time. Basically a Bacon Cheese Burger. Single patty. Fries and beverage. $19.02. Strike 1. Expensive. Came to me on an 8 X 11 tray. Nice way to serve a burger meal. Started eating it and enjoyed the crispy edges. The bun was decent but thinking too soft for a Potato Bun. My experience with Potato buns has been they are a bit denser then a regular bun. Fries were cooked and seasoned properly. I enjoy the Crinkle Cut. They seem to be more consistent with being crispy. No matter where you go. The burger itself was good. I've ordered from here through Uber Eats a couple of times and it's always surprisingly good. I've had Shake Shack in California before but remembered it being way too greasy, whereas these burgers have the right combination of flavor and salt. I've gotten both the single and double avocado burgers with bacon, both times they were excellent. I even enjoyed the milk shakes I've ordered, the one that comes to mind is the chocolate milk and cookies shake, which was very yummy. Both times now I've also ordered the cheese and bacon fries, somehow they travel just fine and taste delicious still. For a good fast food burger, check out Shake Shack! We did walk-in and ordered at the kiosk. Maybe it's better at the dvie-thru but holy cow, the service here is insanely bad. The crew was arguing, took them forever to acknowledge anybody waiting for food. If you order a beer at the kiosk, they have to check your ID manually... and they aren't happy about it. Unless I hear from a couple people in town that they've been and it's improved - there's no chance I go back. SS is already expensive compared to similar places... the service here makes it even more glaring. read more

I've heard about Shake Shack. They are supposedly very good. I wouldn't know about the food, though, because... I stopped by and pulled up to the menu. I was shocked at the high prices, but was determined to give it a try. I assumed one ordered at the outdoor menu, but after 3-4 minutes I had not even received an acknowlegement that I was there. Not so much as "Wecome to Shake Shack. I'll be with you in a moment". I pulled past the menu and waited until the two cars in front of me pulled out, then passed the window by, much like how I will pass by Shake Shack in the future. I ordered a PLAIN hamburger with raw onions and instead got a single hamburger with awful cheese, two small tomato slices, lettuce (I think), the Shake Shack sauce, and my onions. Shake shack in Roseville is officially open. I ordered the shack burger (double) . Duh. This burger was very good. My only complaint is the lettuce was Leafly. I don't appreciate leafy lettuce on my burger. The meat, cheese , bun, sauce all worked very well together. I would have liked onions, they don't do onions. Odd really. The cheese fries were excellent. The crinkle cut fries were very crispy and the cheese sauce was delicious.
