It had been a little over a year since my last cut and I was getting pretty desperate. A neighbor mentioned Shawn Paul Salon and I called to make an appointment. I really appreciated that the Micaela asked a bit about my hair and what I was hoping to do at that point. The salon uses that information to make sure you're seeing a stylist that's a good fit for what you want. Definitely an awesome little touch. I had my appointment with Alyssa yesterday. The salon is gorgeous and so welcoming. Everyone was so friendly and cheerful. Alyssa was absolutely wonderful. She had lots of questions about what I wanted to do with my hair and took her time to listen to what I was saying and what I was hoping for. I usually feel awkward seeing a new stylist for the first time, since conversation doesn't always flow, but my appointment flew by. I could not be happier with how my hair turned out. Alyssa also gave me some easy styling tips since I'm pretty clueless when it comes to doing anything beyond a quick blow dry. I'll definitely be back to see Alyssa when I'm ready for a trim and will be recommending Shawn Paul Salon to everyone looking for a salon!

I needed to talk to the owner and she did not have no time for me she kept telling the employee to speak for her. It's just if she didn't have time to speak with me, she didn't have time to make sure that our time could be the best experience we ever had. As this being our first time going to a salon. I looked online and I seen the place and it seemed like it was going to be awesome experience, but I am a very sensitive person and I feel like I shouldn't be judged just because of that, but I give you the upmost respect and give you my quality time and money. Linda and her team are not just excellent at nails. I've had numerous manicures and pedicures here and they always do a great job. In addition, they are really nice people who care about their customers. I come here whenever I visit Cleveland. It is in a great location in the heart of Little Italy so I always bring a friend or family member to get their nails done too. Since I am in their system, they know exactly what I need. I always check out any new services they offer if I can. I haven't had a massage there yet but I'm planning on it soon. There is parking for customers only. Since Little Italy does not have a lot of parking, that is a real plus. Yelp should really take down the review that complained about parking as it is obvious that person was never a customer of the spa. I would give Spa 322 6 stars if I could. They kept telling me to tell my friends, so if you choose to go here, make sure they do not overcharge you. And double check everything they do to make sure it is correct. Rude stylists and staff, when we called to discuss this behavior with the owner, the girl who picked up the phone would not put us through to the owner and gave fake excuses as to why - saying the owner had clients all day but at the same time was not present in the salon.
