I needed to talk to the owner and she did not have no time for me she kept telling the employee to speak for her. It's just if she didn't have time to speak with me, she didn't have time to make sure that our time could be the best experience we ever had. As this being our first time going to a salon. I looked online and I seen the place and it seemed like it was going to be awesome experience, but I am a very sensitive person and I feel like I shouldn't be judged just because of that, but I give you the upmost respect and give you my quality time and money. The vibe is pleasant and I am always offered a beverage. However, I had one bad experience with a manicure by "new talent". She didn't round the corners of my nails and they were sharp; the polish started peeling on some nails after only 4 days. There is a lot of turnover of staff there and I have not had consistency.

Linda and her team are not just excellent at nails. I've had numerous manicures and pedicures here and they always do a great job. In addition, they are really nice people who care about their customers. I come here whenever I visit Cleveland. It is in a great location in the heart of Little Italy so I always bring a friend or family member to get their nails done too. Since I am in their system, they know exactly what I need. I always check out any new services they offer if I can. I haven't had a massage there yet but I'm planning on it soon. There is parking for customers only. Since Little Italy does not have a lot of parking, that is a real plus. Yelp should really take down the review that complained about parking as it is obvious that person was never a customer of the spa. I would give Spa 322 6 stars if I could. I got an eyebrow wax, and Serenity mani/pedi. Pedi chairs are very comfortable with full massage function. My relatives hair is down to her lower back. On top of that, the stylist tries to charge extra for washing and blow drying my relatives long hair just because it was long. Rude stylists and staff, when we called to discuss this behavior with the owner, the girl who picked up the phone would not put us through to the owner and gave fake excuses as to why - saying the owner had clients all day but at the same time was not present in the salon. We will never come back to this salon.
