However the billing department did not at all want to work with me at all about the fact that they took almost $900 out of my account without my authorization. I contacted them after i noticed the money taken out of my account and they told me that it was up to me to figure out having the amount paid but only gave me 1 month to be able to come up with the money. They kept sending me emails with the fact that they were not able to process my payment but with every email the amount increased. I contacted the 1-800 number and the billing department told me that I should have contacted them before they took the money out of my account and was not willing to refund me the money and set up a payment plan. I even offered to give them money the same day to start a plan but they did not want to hear that. I went to my bank and disputed the charge just to be able to afford my upcoming bills. However they have since taken the money out of my account a second time and I am still struggling financially because of such a large amount of money being taken out of my personal banking account.

I was told one fee, never billed, then they just automatically debited money out of your account without every communicating. I was told that they 'normally' notify you but they admitted they never notified me about it and even admitted that the wrong information was given to me. But told me it was my problem. Not only did I have this issue, I they clinician we saw was supposed to get with someone and be back in touch with me (that was January and we are now in April) and there has been no communication. Not even a bill or correspondence notifying me there was an upcoming charge.
