As if the description of the food by the waiter were not lyrical enough, the dishes that came with a presentation that resembled a beautiful and colorful canvas was beyond belief. Then the taste, with accents that "truly" fuse the best of the Mediterranean with Asian, Middle Eastern and Latin American innuendos: Salmon and Kimchee, Patacones and curry mayo, olive oil soil (figure that out!) morsels of trotters, cod dipped in calamari ink and cod to boot.
