My dish of choice was from the $15 end of the spectrum, choosing the Ayam Bakar Anugrah, which is a grilled chicken dish. I am glad I did not spend $30 as what I was served for $15 was spectacular. It was half a chook, slow cooked in palm sugar and served in peanut sauce. Meals like this are so good to have in a restaurant, because it would be so difficult to cook a dish like that yourself and to cook it well is another story, so to pay for someone to cook it for you is a pleasure. And a pleasure it was.
