Take her to her primary physician's appointment next week. I had already canceled it for this appointment. You have to change the primary; so I did. Go ahead and make the APNP her primary. She still can't see you because she doesn't know your mom. Don't providers treat people they don't know ALL THE TIME? Or is incontinence something that's not important or too advanced? APNPs diagnose all sorts of problems.... Are there that many people lying to get under-pads? Boomers hang on to your pull ups and toilet paper because maybe your neighbor's dog is training to steal them! Yes, what???

Clarissa definitely needs some additional training when it comes to interpersonal skills and treating people poorly is most certainly not good for business.
