She had really good results and pushed me into finally going and I am so happy she did! Ever since I was a child I have struggled with confidence issues. This affected both acting career & my day to day life. Tabetha offers a free consultation, so I saw her & then decided on trying a 4 session package. After just the first session with Tabetha I saw huge results. The session itself was so relaxing! I left with more confidence and even felt much more positive in all other aspects. I felt a bit like wonder woman walking to my car after :) In the rest of our sessions we worked on removing the negative impact from childhood memories that had caused me to lack confidence in the first place. It's not like conventional therapy where you have to talk through and explain these things, she just did her thing with hypnosis. It was extremely freeing and I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders that I hadn't even realized I'd been carrying. With each session I felt better and better and I have definitely seen the positive results in my auditions. I walk into the room (and in general around life) with far more confidence & I have received far more call backs and offers since seeing her. The only negative I can think of is that you have to give 72 hours notice of cancellation whereas most places it's 24. But that's really not that big a deal and Tabetha is very accommodating with scheduling. I could not recommend Tabetha and Rising Star hypnosis more. She is very encouraging and compassionate. And it really works (this former skeptic says so!) Her building is very serene and calm and even has a little water fall and river feature. She had this unique cleansing aura about her that i immediately recognized walking in. She greeted me in such a warm kind way it made me feel as if we knew each other for years!
