If I pay for 15 mins slot even for vaccinations I expect to see the Vet for more than 3 mins not the nurse for the other remaining time! I have had to use these vets for my Dog for vaccinations, dental surgery and stitches for her pad. First class service every time, both from the Vets themselves and the nurses when I have seen them. They also have clear charging policy which helps build up trust. One bill even came in much lower than I was quoted. Borden Lane came highly recommended to me by number of dog owners I trust and I am happy to do the same.
