Have used them for several years in the past at my commercial building for large and small project…read morewith good results. Called them out for a pipe that would block up after a few weeks and after video of pipe I was told it was holding water in a section of pipe that needed replacement. After being quoted over $4000 for the inspection and repair they broke out the concrete floor in the wrong unit, moved to the correct unit and removed a small piece of concrete and replaced a 9 inch piece of pipe. Total time to complete the whole job was 3 hours including a hardware store run. Broke the drywall wall in the area and made no mention of it. Two weeks later the tenant called and said sewers were backed up again. Able declined to come out as it was a weekend so we had another company come rod and camera inspect the pipe. The was clear that water is still holding right a the repair site. I called and spoke to the owner of Able who had every excuse in the book including the "pipe is rusty" and its a "different area"(which is untrue). If the pipe is rusted why did you charge 4k to remove 9inches of it and no mention was made rust. This used to be a company with some integrity but is now a cash grab with no effort or intention of standing behind their work.

The guys from Able did a very good job at our house, they were very professional and took pride in…read morewhat they were doing. Chris, Scott and the entire crew that helped us went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. The job wound up being a lot more difficult than expected, but the guys pushed through and got it done. The owner was very pleasant to talk with and kept us in the loop as to what was happening. I have no problem at all recommending this company to anyone needing this type of service. Thank You very much !!!

Shaun and Caitlin (spelling?) came out and quickly fixed the issue! You have no idea how relieved I feel.

Called for service, had water back up in my laundry room. I knew from past experience I needed my…read moremain drain rodded out. Normally we would rent a machine and do it ourselves but my husband has been ill and was not up to the task. I have received fabulous service from Bradbury in the past so I gave them a call, was given a price of $450, considerably higher than expected, but was in a bind. Called on Wednesday they could not get out until Friday. Tech came in, looked at the situation and said I needed my septic pumped, I know this was not the case as I was just pumped on 9/18/24 and it's a two person household so not a lot of waste going out. Charged $221.45 for a service call. Next I called the pumping service and set up a pump for $300. Guy that came out remembered being here to pump and looking at everything said the tank was fine, said the pipe needed to be rodded, he called his company and a rodding tech who was on sight in less than an hour, sent 60' of rodding through the pipe and problem was solved, charged $185 Mind you I have used Bradbury on multiple jobs, most recently in December? Had them out to switch out a water heater, cost $1400. I have never been given a break down I fees from Bradbury ever, turns out a service call even if the don't do anything is $135, credit card processing fees also charged to the customer. Called on Friday to see about getting my service fee back since the tech didn't do anything, gave me false information about pumping the tank and I felt the $221.45 was not justified, called and was told by the CS she would call me back, she needed to speak with the tech, never called back. On Monday called again was asked to send a picture of my receipt from the other company which I promptly did she sent voicemail and email that she would get back to me. Late Tuesday still had not heard anything, Gina who I had talked to on Tuesday and had just gotten in and was busy, so started the whole process over with a new rep, originally said she would drop the charge to$135, this was unacceptable because he didn't due any work, after bickering back and fourth I was told I would he a refund, only got back $215, was told difference in refund was the credit card processing charges they pay, petty on their part but I just let it go, I have bigger problems to deal with. I am sad this happened, I trusted this company because if their stellar service in the past, but because of this incident I am left wondering how much I was overcharged in the past and that for a lousy $6.45 charge they are willing to lose a customer that up until now would recommend them to everyone. Used them for a well pump, furnace and hot water heater and service was always exceptional, this time not so much, confidence lost, very sad
