Their prices are hard to beat and the service is absolutely stellar. Had them perform multiple services this year and they were very prompt with communication, scheduling and then getting the work done. I would highly recommend them anyone who owns a pool. P.S. - they have a weekly chemical program for which the cost is very comparable to essentially if you were buying chemicals from a store yourself!

Not off to a good start…read more I've been a pool owner a good number of years at a handful of properties and just bought another home with a pool- this time in plymouth Mn. Prior to hiring a company to service this home I felt I had done my homework. Dolphin looked like they provided quality customer communication, good service, fair prices. So I gave them a call. Talked thru their opening the pool process, I laid out my wants / expectations. Stated I wanted weekly cleaning ect and we set a weekly cleaning day. Well... the opening looked to have went fine however they told me before coming that they did not vacuum on open day - which I thought was weird - stated they needed to let it all settle to the bottom - which it already had as it laid dormant for the winter - but all in all it was open - I was surprised I got no report or communication after their open 5 days ago. So I called them after 5 days - Thursday of thia last week - two days ago - to confirm all went well when they opened and that we were on for yesterday - Friday - with our weekly pool service / cleaning; as I had a group of kids coming over for a party and wanting to swim today Saturday. Thursday - I Was told things went well and they would be there Friday -Yesterday. Then Friday, yesterday - I stayed home so I could meet the techs. Friday came and went - they were suppose to show up set temp, treat and clean. As of noon no one had shown up so I shot them a call to confirm they were still coming. They confirmed that yes they would be getting there yet today, Friday. 6:00 pm rolls around. No show. Office closed. No communication. No apology. Just no show. Saturday, today. They opened at 10:00. I shot them a call to see what happened. They said... we don't know, but that they could transfer me to a Jeremy and he could get back to me Monday. I asked if the guys that were suppose to come yesterday were free to come this morning so I could keep me kids party and so they could swim. He said no one does service work on the weekend and that Jeremy would have to get back to me Monday with an update on when they could get out to the house. Super frustrated. Having to cancel the kids party and bum a dozen kids out. Super frustrated that I did not get any communication - no apology. Why is it that the entire day went by and not once did they feel the need to reach out and communicate after I had called them and confirmed with them both Thursday and noon Friday. The client should never have to reach out to a company to confirm these types of things - rather a company should be proactively be reaching out to their customers confirming things and or providing status updates. I guess I will sit here and twiddle my thumbs till Monday to see if they call and when they will be out next. Would be nice to have the company just do what they say they can do and service the pool per the agreement on the day each week that we all agreed. A persons word needs to start meaning more again. I'll update u all on the resolution / outcome. 4545 terraceview

I have reached out to this company on numerous occasions to rectify this situation without leaving a public review and they have not done anything to even start to make the situation right. We were having the bathtub removed and converted to a shower only. The plumbing was completed by this company through our contractor. I work from home so was available to supervise most days work was being done. We have done other renovations in our home and had other companies out to service items in our home and by far this was the most unprofessional of anyone we have had in our home. The plumber spoke poorly of our contractor, complained about the shower fixture we purchased and were paying them to install and also did not respect our space by wearing their shoes inside our home and not putting any protective gear down on our new tile floors. I could look past this and did not complain. There were also multiple scheduling issues where I had confirmation of an appointment and then no one showed up. This happened on two separate occasions during the project and I had to call to make sure the appointment was rescheduled. Again I did not complain because mistakes happen and I work from home so being around for a different time or day was not terribly inconvenient. After having the project completed we went to turn the shower on and no water came out at all. We had 2 different plumbers from this company come out to see what the issue was and it was determined to be a cartridge problem with the shower kit we purchased. I then purchased 2 more cartridges that they said were also defective and we would need to replace the entire shower valve kit. We had to rip out the new tile, purchase a new shower kit, and had them come out to install again a second time. The second time the project was finished we had only cold water. Again they came out to see what the issue was and could not figure it out except for quoting me around $3000 to flush out our water heater as they said that was the issue. Having been through this already with them and still not having a shower with both hot and cold water, we decided to seek a second opinion. We had another company come out and take a look at the plumbing. It was determined after 7 hours at our home that the hot water was not successfully connected to the shower. It took such a long time to figure out because not having hot water access to a newly plumbed shower was not on anyone's radar for the expected issue. Air was able to be pushed through the pipes from the water heater to the upstairs shower and sink and the plumber removed as much of the section of pipe that he could track leading to the shower with no explanation of why we wouldn't have hot water (clog from construction). It was explained to us by this new company that the reason we had no water the first time was because the valve was a pressure valve so no hot water meant no water at all. This second valve was not so that is why we now had cold water and not hot water. A new hot water line was run to our shower that day by this new company. This did require holes in our kitchen ceiling and bathroom wall, but thankfully this plumber was so respectful of our space and what we had been through that he was able with a little extra effort to salvage the tile so we didn't have to replace it a second time and left our home spotless with no mess to clean up. We immediately had a working shower with both hot and cold water that night. There was no need to touch the water heater at all. When I brought these concerns and the experience we had to the company, I was met with excuses and blame and no accountability at all. I know that others have had different experiences, but ours has been one of financial burden, and prolonged inability to use our only functioning shower in our home for months. We are so grateful to be done with the project, but we will feel the financial burden of this project for quite some time still as we try and recoup the thousands of dollars lost.
