I took in MRI reports and images detailing my lumbar stenosis, thoracic issues and told them I had a torn rotator cuff before my evaluation. Then today I was called and told not to come in right before my appointment. The excuse was I had too many issues to treat as a patient. Issues I had disclosed prior to the evaluation. When I asked for my $100 back Dr Snider refused. This is a bad faith business practice.

I went in due to unexplained ankle pain, which she complete disregarded. The entire time she focused on the fact that I had some acne and wanted me to see a dermatologist. At the end of my appointment, she handed me papers printed out from google with generalized information in ankle pain that I could have (and already) looked myself. It was a horrible visit and I will never be returning.

But the last two time she went to see them, twice mind you they were suppose to call in a prescription for her and they never did. She paid her payment to see him twice and NOTHING! They promised her that it would be called in and never did. This year she had cancer and she is still having trouble with her eye. I called them a couple of weeks ago since she cannot get out of the house to go and since they NEVER called that prescription in for her I thought it would be the least they could do to help her out during this time. I guess the nurse couldn't be bothered to call me back! Very disappointed! I am going to have to take my mom out with cancer to another doctor to get her medicine and with COVID19 going on I am not a happy camper!! Shame on them for taking advantage of an elderly lady!!

Hes great at explaining why you're experiencing pain symptoms, and goes hard on providing relief of those symptoms. he's very personable, excellent bedside manner and just all around a great guy. I'd choose him over any other any day of the week. his office staff is also fantastic. the woman at the front desk is more than friendly and helpful, his NP is intelligent and just as dedicated to patient services as he is. Nurses are top tier. never in a rush, impatient, or dismissive. I've never once been in there and wondered if I was heard. they're all just a fantastic group of people providing excellent care.
