He suggested a price $100,000 LESS than for comparable properties. I may not know what i want for the property but I do know their worth. Mike's suggested "offer" insulted my intelligence and totally disregarded my 35 + years of rental experience. It went from bad to worse...he expressed an interest in my tenants (who return year to year to rent due to these being furnished units) and wanted me to turn over their contact info! I DO NOT SHARE CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION WITH STRANGERS!! The fact that he'd ask for confidential info makes me wonder what private and confidential information he is sharing with others!!! And IF customers/renters would agree via contract, in the business world the list woukd be SOLD to the buyer, not somply turned over. I will not be doing business with this "man" due to his disregard to the safety of his potential customers, due his lack of ethical behavior, and due to his disregard of privacy and confidentiality. As my agent and I inquired frequently to try to resolve the issue, I ended up having to hire an attorney and threaten the sellers with legal action. 5 months later, I find the sellers were advised by Diane to just ignore our requests and it was sure to go away. Diane should have advised the sellers to fix what was agreed upon the moment it was brought to their attention.
