Rob and his team had great communication through out the whole process from inspections, to clean up. We were able to file with insurance quickly and had a new roof within just a few weeks! Only one service agreed to come to my home, which they did. But, they would not take anything that was not sealed completely. As a result, they took only the bags of clothing and a few pieces of furniture. The rest of my donations were offered up to my neighbors. What they didn't take went to the dumpster. I can't understand why places advertise free pick-up then refuse for any of a number of petty reasons. My experience using Yelp is negative.
