I was a little skeptical at first with so many scams out there, but I decided to take a chance. Austin Mech called to set up a site visit, showed up right on time, and confirmed that I did have damage. He walked me through the process and helped me file a claim with my insurance company. Shortly after, an inspector from my insurance company came out and confirmed the damage as well, and from there everything moved quickly. Before I knew it, Austin's crew showed up at 8:00 AM sharp and got to work. By the end of the first day, they had stripped the roof and repaired a couple of problem areas I had from Helene. The next morning, they were back on time again, and by the end of the day my new shingles were installed and I had a brand new roof.
