She also wouldn't respond for days or weeks on end. I understand that things come up in life, but as a business you should have a back up or someone else who is at least doing correspondence while you may not be able to. Especially when you are expecting someone to pay you over 1k for hair and makeup services, you expect at least some level of professionalism, but not Anna! She also didn't have a contract and I had to continually insist on getting a contract, then when it was received it was extremely lacking and she didn't know how to edit it, queue another long waiting period to hear back...
