This would be the worst experience if you decide to choose this company. After checking the worksite out and agreement of the proposal they would then keep postponing getting started on the job. The technician just keep rejecting your call. Then after a month they said someone will come out and check it again. They would not communicate to you anything after they check it out. Unless you have been trying to call them so hard and so many time then after couple weeks they said they will have another person come check it out again....it's such a frustration dealing with them. All they do is keep postponing. You never know when you they can get the job started. Good luck. I have used this company couple times before, they always keep postponing, no exception. That's enough, no more dealing with them. Such a relief. read more

I am a contractor and have used Shannon on many jobs as a sub-contractor and have been very satisfied every time. I became acquainted with them while working alongside on several projects where we were hired separately. These folks have a great work ethic, they are timely and work efficiently. Exchanged texts and phone calls - informed they would would contact when they arrived. I was on site, back of the house, they didn't call, or text, just knocked once and left, no voicemail, no note. When I reached out to find what happened, they admitted they were hours late, and didn't leave VM, or text - but weren't concerned, nor made any effort to rectify it. I said I was frustrated that I spent my day, and they didn't honor the appointment, they said to find someone else, they weren't interested. Also - they list with Space-Pak as factory / registered service, but that they DO NOT service any existing installs, would only install new complete systems. If you are looking for consistency, follow through or service, I'd suggest elsewhere.

Air Done Right took the time to carefully and expertly diagnose the situation and explain the problem to me. The system needed servicing and a few parts. They communicated throroughly and professionally with me throughout, and had me up and running for well under $2,000.
