Staff is very non caring or friendly. You literally can't get the lady at the front desk to smile and when I kept apologizing because I was embarrassed she just gave me a look. This ladies silence was making me so feel bad to the point where I just wanted to leave. But I didn't have a choice but to get this work done and the most horrible feeling is having to go somewhere you don't feel like you belong or matter too! As far as wisdom tooth surgery itself goes. I had an episode of panic attacks pretty much until I fell asleep. Surgery went fine and now I'm in the middle of recovering. My doctor who did the surgery was fantastic and had so much personality! He must carry it for the whole team! He was excellent though!!! If you have any type of anxiety disorder this place WILL make you feel worse! I do not believe they are experienced in that field whatsoever. Unless it's an emergency I would try to find somewhere else to go to fit your needs. They made me very uncomfortable both visits!

They then began billing me for more than my original insurance paid. They said with 2 insurance that they accept that pays 50% each I'd have no bill. And yet, I get a monthly bill for hundreds. There are much better oral surgeons with staff who can do insurance. By the way I called twice and gave them the insurance card info and they snapped that they had a copy.
