From what I've seen the mat classes can get crowded but never seems to be more than 15 in the class. The springboard classes are a bit smaller. And the equipment series is limited to 6. And of course they offer private lessons. The teachers are terrific, attentive and really know their stuff. The studio gets lots of light and the equipment is all new with an excellent variety: springboard, cadillac, reformers, chairs, barrels, etc. Highly recommend it. Here's a tip: Sign up with one of the newly trained teachers for a private lessons and they may be available for free or a discounted cost. Definitely worth the ask!

After some correspondence, Jelena referred me to one of her instructors for 2 private lessons. The studio is very easy to locate and well worth your time to visit. This studio contains all the equipment you could possibly need for your workout, and the staff is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and so very personable. There was a group class going on as well as two trainers doing private lessons when I was there. However, there was no crowding or additional noise. My outstanding instructor was Jeffrey Ross who gave me an excellent work out, as we worked on my posture, body positioning, breathing and technique. Quite a few hardbodied gents in the class, which is always a welcome motivation boost. I found the class testing my limits, which was also welcome. The studio is gorgeous and has a tea nook.
