The have a unique style of coaching; it is the first box I have been to where a coach will correct you in the middle of a wod instead of allowing one to barrel through skipping reps with bad form just because one doesn't want to finish last, or just get through the work out. I have see this happen at numerous boxes, but not at this one. The coaches are attentive, and caring. The box is huge, well-equipped and has showers and a changing room. They offer student discounts, but not police, medic, etc. Some people have a problem with that. I do not, because students don't have money or careers. Everyone is friendly, and speaks. The location is the usual industrial type area that one might find a crossfit box. Sign-up is easy as far as scheduling, and payment. Shoot them an email. This really is a great box.
