Anyway, a guy with fantastic hair named Ash offered me a cup of tea and gave me the tingliest scalp massage ever whilst he washed my hair and we chatted about how cool The Prodigy are, and then Dan gave me the honor of blow drying and straightening my hair. I asked for this Friday and was told that Vicky is on holiday. "That's ok" I say "I'll have another stylist" "No you can't" I'm told "it has to be Vicky but she's away, or you'll have to pay full price" Bearing in mind that Vicky is a senior stylist and I wasn't bother about having a beginner or anything in between! New girl on phone was very polite but the receptionist in background sounded so grumpy. I am away on holiday the following week so there was no movement for me, but they were not willing to offer me another stylist as one was on holiday... Wow what great customer service!!!

I went to The parlour looking for a remedy to my original haircut which was a disaster and I can…read morehappily say that I was pleased that I did. I was attended by Hollie who heard me out completely before she advised as to what can be done with the hair. She smoothened out the edges and thinned out my hair and the end result was wonderful. And the best part was that despite the fact that she literally restyled my hair in a way, I only had to pay £20! I was very happy with the service and going back tomorrow for colouring my hair! :)
