He missed about three scheduled court dates, which repeatedly delayed my case and caused unnecessary stress. When he finally appeared, his attitude was arrogant and dismissive. After I tried to discuss my case with him, he walked away from me in court in a disrespectful manner, which I found completely unprofessional and unacceptable for an attorney representing a client. When I asked why he had missed multiple court appearances, he said he had custody issues involving his children, which unfortunately affected my case and representation. At my most recent hearing, he also demanded payment to "finalize" matters with the prosecutor, despite his repeated absences. Because of his conduct, lack of professionalism, and poor communication, I decided to terminate his services.
