The staff is always willing to help you find something g or direct you to where it can be located. Friendly and always working hard folding and restocking. There is a candy and ice cream store attached, which can be reached from inside the store and from the parking lot. Prices are boardwalk style if you are from the Northeast. They also have brand names which are priced like everywhere else. Good place to shop on your way to the beach or when you are heading home. Been to this store several times and have been pleased but this year i took advantage of the 2 for $12.00 beach towels sale. These two towels had a lot lint. A lot of lint came of in my washing machine and even more in my dryer. They both look like they will be shedding lint for a while. I will have to wash them by themselves. Very disappointing. I sure hope the 2 towels don't fall apart due to all the lint shedding. Will definitely stick to tee shirts from this shop. Mrs Z read more

If you want a Trump flag (even now in late 2021), this is where to buy it. It's gross. The staff are idiots. There's nothing to buy but poor-quality bikinis and towels with guns on them. And they have an enormous amount of both! You can hardly walk through the store for being crowded by the junk they sell. read more

I really wasn't in Sneads Ferry as a beach tourist. We drove past this store so many times that I decided we had to go in and see what it had to offer. Last year I took pictures of the unusual store front but the store itself was closed. This year I was nuts and decided I needed pictures of myself and husband in the whales mouth. What does the store have to offer. My SO says it's a cross between Telegraph Ave, Berkeley in the 60's and the shops you might find in Chinatown. To me I found it even more ecclectic than that. I found it to be a cross between the Oriental Trading Company catalog, all the dollar stores you've ever been in, yard furniture, and tourist t-shirts. The prices did not compare to the previously mentioned businesses and I found them to be quite high. Then again this is a beach community that gets many tourists who would probably pay the prices. I've satisfied my curiousity and won't need to shop here in the future. read more

Pretty standard beach gift shop! If you forgot something like a towel or a float this is a great place to stop in and beef up your supplies. I don't think everything was super high quality but in a location where they could easily hike up the prices due to people having no other option I thought the prices were quite reasonable. I would hesitate coming in here with a kid since they probably would want to purchase everything in sight. They do seriously have a little bit of everything here - sunscreen, bathing suits, towels, boogie boards, floats, hats, coverups, cloths, and souvenirs of ALL kinds. I think the shark outside is fun and definitely adds to the beachy kitchy feeling of the place. read more

Overwhelming and lots of cheap beach trinkets. Forgot you bathing suit? No problem. Need a cover up? They have them. Beach toys, signs, costume jewelry, flip flops, sweatshirts, the ubiquitous shot glasses, metal signs...you get it. This is gigantic beach souvenir shop (aka tourist trap). Not that that's a bad thing. Prices are reasonable and this is a good place to spend 30 minutes on a rainy day. I ended up buying a couple of sweatshirts for my girls and they love them. If you vacation in North Topsail, you should definitely stop by and browse, and support the local economy by buying something. read more

Well... they had a nice selection and cute items. Very standard for beachy tourist shops. However, they were huge Trump supporters and only had Trump-themed options for political shirts, stickers, etc. I can understand offering political items but it is clear that this shop is catering to only one side. Gives out free hermit crabs. Selling free hermit crabs should be a red flag itself let alone how they keep them. They store their crabs in overcrowded cages that are unsuitable conditions for crabs. They should have plenty of dirt/sand minimum 6" and they have none. They also have an excessive amount of painted shells which are toxic to the crabs. The metal cages they store them in is also toxic to them. They also store wayyy to many crabs in one cage. They also sell them in these little metal cages that aren't at all suitable for them.Don't support this place & the animal abuse. read more

A typical tourist funnel and to be expected for a shopping tourist trap. That being said, we've been coming to this island for years and always find things we need, didn't realize we needed, and fun beach-themed merchandise. Shirts, hats, and other clothing purchases were of decent quality; many items we still have from a decade ago. I'm not sure why people are dinging it so much. It's what you see at EVERY beach and is part of the allure. Beach vacations are about the sand, surf, restaurants and chachkies. Fun environment. Great prices for a tourist shop. I confess, the giant shark lured me in! I had to go see it and actually walk through it's mouth to enter the store and it's a fun prop for a picture! Once inside it's your typical big beach store stuffed to the gills with every kind of souvenir from hats to shades to t shirts, beach towels, postcards and anything else you can imagine! The prices very in every range so if this is the type of place you want to get your tacky beach chachkies you can either snag it here or the tikki place across the street, both are mecca! read more

This is a pretty cool store if you are looking for souvenirs from Topsail And different t-shirts hats and sweatshirts. They have beach towels, sun glasses, socks and snow globes. They have political T-shirts and on and on. But we were looking for a hat from Jacksonville, NC, and they didn't have anything that fit the bill. I did find a cool t-shirt that said, "I survived Hurricane Matthew." Being named Matthew, I felt the need to have one so they made one for me right then and there. The service was good, the selection was huge and the people were friendly. I did, in fact take a picture of the huge shark that's mouth I had to walk through to get into the store. It's a good store, if you are in the market for trinkets and cheap items as described earlier. read more

It s a real tourist trap. We were there in March . There was a book in the house we rented with coupons. The girl would not honor them because they just expired even though we spent $100.0. It was for a stupid shark tooth.The candy section was all in open containers and I saw a mouse run across the floor. read more
