I needed to have someone served in a very short period of time and am from a different state. As you can imagine, if someone is actively avoiding being served, they will be difficult to serve. I had just gotten my case approved and knew that the defendant I was trying to have served would only be in town for a short period of time, so I looked up process servers who would be able to serve him within the week. I was about to choose one I found through an app, but saw that they had a bad review and named 24 Hour Process as the other business they ended up having to use, after the other one did not deliver. I spoke with Jean and explained my predicament. It was Thanksgiving week, and Jean stated they could serve in Collier County and there would be a rush fee, but it could be done. I was anticipating that the defendant would be served in a few days, or at the worst, not at all. To my surprise, he was served the very next evening. Jean delivered on everything he said he would, and I highly recommend this business. I can't stop gushing about the service. If you're trying to find a good process server, this is who you want to use. I'm not sure how their price compares to others, but if you've got a solid case, the fee will be reimbursed when you win. The hospital does not appear to be in the package delivery business, you can tell by the way the conversations are littered with mush such as using 'should be' or ought to' in lieu of a 'yes', or a 'no'. I called Palm Beach Express and got George, the less fair of the husband-wife partnership. George did not speak mush, nor did he once ever sound mushy. I was dialed straight into this, turns out George was a former Army Ranger which explained the solidness that exuded from him. That was the first/last call, I didn't even want to price shop after that. I knew George was onboarded, and that George was going to be my man. Turns out George & Stefanie together take names and kick f#!%ing ass.... yep, professionally. I was/am so pleased with the solidness (this is where the ending sounds/looks/feels just like the promises from the beginning) of transacting with them.. FedEx got the package to them a day earlier than promised.
