After that she proceeds to add four measly foils to the front of my crown for a "money piece" that ended up being barely noticeable. From here we did a very basic trim and toner. Two hours later my hair looks no different and I spent almost $120 somehow? Left feeling unsatisfied and with low self esteem for all of the nonstop comments of how broken/damaged my hair was. In my opinion, this was a waste of money and I regret coming. Literally go anywhere else & don't bother here. Now to find a place that actually will color my hair....

They couldn't get us in till the next day so we rescheduled and make sure to show up 5 minutes early and they got us in for that haircut 20 minutes late. And then proceeded to do an absolutely TERRIBLE job on my son's haircut! He cried for literally an hour after he saw it in the mirror when we got home! The stylist gelled his hair to the side in a side part and due to this I couldn't tell how uneven and too short the bangs were! I just used the 'first person available' option when I booked it and it landed on 'Marisa' I hate to call someone out by name but please if you want bangs do not select her! To her credit though, she cut my daughter's hair the previous day, who does not have bangs, and did a great job. These haircuts are not cheap, so I felt it my moral obligation to warn others. I would not have agreed to pay had the screwed up job not been hid from me with the gel. I'll provide the photo I showed her of the way he wanted it cut and then the after photo after we took the gel out and let his bangs down.
