I heard about this place via Facebook and decided to check it out. When you walk in they have salon chairs to the left and a spa area to the right. They had kid Christmas music playing and it wasn't crowded at all. You do have to make appointments for the services you want online. For my daughter I chose the Sugar Plum Sweet Hands and Feet package which was a spa mani and pedi. The woman who took care of my daughter was very sweet and patient (I wish I would've gotten her name). She even gave my daughter a little tiara to wear since it was her birthday. As my daughter was getting her spa treatment, I observed the 2 ladies that were doing hair. They were very patient with the little girls as well and were doing an excellent job on their hairstyles. My daughter truly enjoyed her first experience at this establishment except for the foot scrub...she said that tickled too much lol.

She was kind to my son and constantly checked in with me to make sure the cut was to my satisfaction.
