They had kid Christmas music playing and it wasn't crowded at all. You do have to make appointments for the services you want online. For my daughter I chose the Sugar Plum Sweet Hands and Feet package which was a spa mani and pedi. The woman who took care of my daughter was very sweet and patient (I wish I would've gotten her name). She even gave my daughter a little tiara to wear since it was her birthday. As my daughter was getting her spa treatment, I observed the 2 ladies that were doing hair. They were very patient with the little girls as well and were doing an excellent job on their hairstyles. My daughter truly enjoyed her first experience at this establishment except for the foot scrub...she said that tickled too much lol.

We arrived and the stylist was very understanding with my desires- take only the bare minimum from the front- nothing else! And she did just that! She listened to what we wanted and make sure our son, and my wife, were comfortable with his haircut. She also made sure to save a few locks of hair for us to save.
