She incorporates various techniques into her therapy sessions. Her technique is difficult to explain and probably differs from patient to patient, but as a former patient dealing with the same life struggles that so many people deal with, I can say that seeing her helped me after a tragedy in my life when more traditional analytical therapists did not. I am equipped to more gracefully deal with life's issues. I now know and understand myself better. If you can get in to see her, I highly recommend it. She's also incredibly kind, empathetic and compassionate.

Through the use of several types of methods, that do not include psychiatric medication, I have been able to manage PTSD and its many side effects. I have gained control of a life long eating disorder, and although there are still setbacks, I am physically less than half the person I was upon arrival for treatment. After 20 +/- years I can not stress enough the positive impact The Adams Center has had not only on me, but my family and community as well. I was no longer a TRAUMA VICTIM, I was a SURVIVOR. She made me feel very uncomfortable and showed no empathy. I left that place feeling terrible and like a failure. I know a friend who had a very similar experience there dealing with Judy and was also very upset after her intake. I do not recommend that place and I'm glad that I chose to not attend their program. I recommend Seneca for intense therapy.

I want a professional, not someone who put zero effort in while behaving unprofessionally and arrogant. No faith in this doc. My condition has improved under real care, slowed progression.
