She is so adorable and bubbly yet professional and very skilled at her craft. I am very particular about the grooming of the cuticle as well as the esthetics of the manicure and pedicure. They have different drink options they offer for free. I was on my laptop so they provided something I could rest my computer on while I got my pedicure (I didn't even ask). They also had the SOFEST towels I've ever felt. When they would cleans my legs or feet it made me realize how much I loved that extra added touch of softness. They kept checking in me during my pedicure to see how I was doing. They were genuinely so happy to serve and when I left they remembered my name and provided a cuticle oil. Oh I also self removed my ingrown nail before going it and they were so gentle working around it.
