Great place! It's what McDonalds was probably like when it first opened in the 40s: high quality, fresh-tasting fast food with dynamite service. I had the single cheeseburger combo which ran about $7.99, not too bad. The fry/burger sauce was amazing...I used about 8 little cups of that. Food was just not very good. Waited in the drive through for a very long time, when I got my food it was cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. The meat was so thin you could over look it. For as expensive as food is, it should at least be warm with melted cheese. read more

Wanted to find a local place for lunch during my brief time in Lewiston, and as Sharp's was walking distance, I gave it a shot. All in all, a good experience. Solid burger (I had the 1/4-pound Whacker Burger), good fries that were nice and hot. Enjoyed the fry sauce. And how many places serve both Coke and Pepsi? The service was friendly and quick. Top notch place! The staff are amazing. Very professional and friendly all around, and their burgers are fantastic...as are the res of their options! Pretty much anytime we venture into Lewiston, we stop into Sharp's for something to chow down on, and we've never been disappointed. While I'm sad to learn that Rachel has left (she was always THE smile of the restaurant!), the remaining staff are equally amazing. Definitely a 5 Star burger joint. You've got to try the deep fried mushrooms...YUM. I had the chicken sandwich. The dressing they used on the sandwich was very tasty. My wife had the fish and chips and really enjoyed. The French fries are thin and tasty. When I drove up there was a long line at the drive up. Apparently the locals really like this place. read more

We been going to sharps for years. It has been a good spot to eat. However in the last few times that we stopped in or went thru drive thru... our food doesn't look all that appealing. I don't know what's going on with the overload of sauce but it's getting ridiculous and very messy and not at all tasty. I included a picture for reference. We keep going back because it has a good rep... but then we're reminded of the mess that we get in the end. May fall off my top 10 list for sometime. read more

Decent place for a good burger. Not gourmet by any means, but it was made hot and fresh to order. I have to say that this place is very popular among local people, as the drive thru was consistently busy the entire time I ate my meal. The milkshakes are divine but they need to up their employee game. I ordered an Oreo Milkshake and once it was brought to me the employee put the lid inside the cup, getting it all covered in milkshake. I really try to give somewhere two tries before I rip them. And today was strike two. These burgers are just flavorless, small, dry and genuinely not good. Not a huge fan of Sharp's. Burger was decent, pretty in line with your average fast food burger. You know the look. A little thin with the corners of the cheese poking out. Fries were below average. Stringy and undercooked. Shake was meh. Not mixed enough, there were huge chunks of strawberry. And somehow the flavor didn't seem to be evenly distributed. My companions voiced similar opinions. We did note it was pretty cheap. Also, don't get a large shake. It was way too big. I was either too unobservant to know that before, or the size wasn't posted. I'm from out of town, and when I heard about Sharp's I honestly didn't think it'd be much different from Five Guys or your local burger joint. Boy, was I wrong. I love these burgers! So much in fact that I had lunch here two days in a row. I recommend trying the Double-Double or a Ranch Burger upon your first visit. You won't be disappointed! Their fries are phenomenal as well, make sure you're dipping them in the delectable fry sauce they have. As far as service is concerned it's not your typical fast-food "can I take your order" type thing, it's a geniune "I'm here to serve you" type of feel. Why do you go to Sharp's? It's all about the fry sauce, baby! I don't really like the burgers, but everyone knows you go there for the fry sauce, which they call "secret sauce." I don't know what they add, but it's incredible. So, get a fry, or onion rings, and slather away. For the kids, the Lewiston Store is the oldest, and it has saddles they can sit in while they eat. The salad bar isn't bad, but it is a bit limited. Also, they have fantastic milk shakes. Their best is the huckleberry milkshake, which is seasonal (May-ish through September-ish). If you don't know what huckleberries are, I pity you. They're the king of berries and Sharp's makes the best milkshake out of 'em ever. Always ask for extra huckleberries. The Big Ranch and fries is a must. their fries are 2nd to none and the secret sauce is the only fry sauce that can be called fry sauce. The place is a small mom and pop burger shop. It does have a tiny salad bar, a few other items like fish/chips, and chicken sandwiches, but first and foremost it's a burger joint. Family friendly, and seemed to be a nice quick stop for local folks during the work week. Clean, basic small uncomfortable seating, as is typical of fast food places. We had the cheese burgers, fries and diet soda. Cheese burgers were okay, but they do use a special sauce, which if I'd have know I would have asked to hold the sauce, but burger was still good. The food here was just ok. My husband ordered the double double and the patties were paper thin and still pink on the inside. However, the service was good, the girls behind the counter were very nice. I liked how they had saddles to fit in, it really was a hit with my 4-year-old. And I really liked that they give toys in their kids meals. My daughter was so happy with the little horsey rubber duckie. I liked their salad bar. It had lots of choices. Fun stop if you are not familiar with Sharp's! If you live or have lived here you full well know Sharp's Burger Ranch... if you have small kids make sure you go in for the full saddle seat tables so they can eat their saddlebag kiddy lunch/dinner here! When it comes down to getting a burger in the Lewis and Clark valley, this was a pleasant surprise. Going to Lewiston is usually a day trip that my wife and I make two or three times a month, and every time we were in Lewiston we had always passed this place by. We finally made the decision to give the place a try and we were not disappointed. Walking in through the front doors was like a nostalgic trip down memory lane to the classic Mom and Pop burger joints that you could find in any Small Town, USA. The prices are fair, and every month there is a different special that has yet to disappoint. The fry sauce was excellent, which some places can easily take something perfectly fine and ruin it. Every time I have been there, the staff has been very friendly and welcoming. We may not always stop there when we go to Lewiston, but it is certainly given a lot of consideration. read more
