Low and behold, they did just that! They showed up, managed to get the frame of the window out, and went and found somewhere to get glass. (Mind you, I was in the middle of nowhere, in south central Iowa.) they return not too long after they left and my problem was solved. All for a very reasonable price. I'm definitely going to keep their number in case this kind of thing ever happens down in that area again and I suggest you do the same!
