Buyer beware! I purchased a tankless water heater from Shaw Propane the summer of 2021. They installed it as well. The winter of 2022, I noticed condensation was leaking into my attic from the venting system they installed. Turns out they did not properly install the venting in compliance with manufacturer. I brought it to their attention, and Matt committed to making it right. Well I was scheduled and rescheduled and bumped off the schedule continuously. Then they stopped responding to me entirely. So Matt didn't make it right. I ended up paying another contractor to fix Shaw Propane's screw up. They might be good propane providers, but they suck at water heater installs! read more
