Not even sure if the work they did is correct, which was why we did not want the work done until next year. The whole situation was beyond unbelievable.

Last fall they shut the system down and blew the lines out. I found a head that had blown onto the porch. They said they'd replace it in the spring. This spring they were to be out two weeks ago by appointment. I haven't seen hide nor hair of them nor have I received a return call from any of the three messages I've left asking what's up. I know it's their busy time of year but missing an appointment and not returning three calls? Perhaps the lack of service has to do with prepayment for services (my bad)? I really can't say...argh!
