I found Dr. Thurlow and her team to be patient and kind. They showed patience, respect, and understanding from the very beginning of the process. Dr. Thurlow listened and observed with 100% of her SOUL. I could feel it. Between her extensive credentials, experience, and expertise in the field of autism and conducting psychological assessments, combined with her genuine kindness, she drew an accurate portrait of who I am and what my needs are and aren't. As an autistic female, my past experiences had me prepared for abuse and I was quite surprised that I was treated with kindness. She was delicate and gentle with her non-judgmental final feedback report. I felt validated, heard, and was given feedback, even difficult feedback, in a caring way.
