I had a less than pleasant experience today. I made a 2:00 PM appointment, but after arriving I…read morestill waited about 20 minutes with no sign of being taken back. It became clear the appointment didn't really matter and the wait was likely going to be much longer, so I ended up leaving. If appointments aren't honored, it makes you wonder why there's a system at all. On top of that, there was a child running around the salon barefoot, which really took away from the relaxing atmosphere you expect when getting a manicure or pedicure. I'd be willing to give it another try, but probably at another time.
