The manager, Crystal, did my wax and not only left wax all over me, but she left the wax strips on the table that I laid on for me to see when I got up. It was disgusting. She missed some hair also ,and when she brought me back to the table to clean it up she applied alcohol to my open pores. My entire body was on fire. I don't know if she did that to me on purpose of it was her ignorance. Nevertheless, a manager should know better. The music was R&B and hip hop, the cleanliness was poor, and when I spoke to the owner regarding my poor experience she seemed empathetic but annoyed all in one and didn't offer any complimentary services for what I had endured. I'm honestly traumatized from it all, I cringe when I pass by that shopping center. There were two of us and we were seated in a chair to soak pretty fast but then I waiting about 45 minutes for my turn. They need more nail techs. Then the place got packed. Kids screaming. Owner screaming at his kids. A young customer in a back room was having her eye brows waxed or colored or something and she starts crying loudly that her eyes are burning. She finally walks out with little bandages around her eyes and one of the other customers tells them she needs to go to a hospital. Personally my pedicure was not bad. Even with 3 people soaking and waiting he took his time and his massage was fabulous . Hopefully they use sterilized tools. The place needed sweeping and cleaning. I will update this review if my feet catch anything. In general this place is super scary and we will be looking for a different pedicure place. Although Vin did a decent job on my toes, my visit ended up costing me $57 without the tip! I was in a hurry, but I called back later to ask about the charges, and was told the price was correct! I'm not one to argue for long, but I will not be visiting this salon ever again!
