We brought our dog in for the required 1-hour temperament evaluation before daycare services. After about 25 minutes, we were called and told he was "just sitting by the door and not doing anything." We were initially concerned something serious had happened, but were later told there were no behavioral issues. Our dog has attended daycare for years and has consistently thrived in those environments. We felt the evaluation was ended early without allowing adequate time for a proper adjustment period. Overall, communication from staff felt dismissive, condescending, and unprofessional, and there was a lack of accountability in how concerns were handled. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this facility.

We were there first thing in the morning and treated professionally, respectfully and politely. Our first visit there the place was very clean and smelled wonderful. These dogs are not easy to groom and their recommendations as well as procedures were explained so there wasn't any confusion. Approximately 4 hour grooming. When we arrived to pick them up, both boys looked handsome and smelled amazing. They were just laying in safe location watching other dogs get the pampering they just received. Her nails were overdue and Gail did such a wonderful job, so careful and professional. Grooming was done out in the open so we were able to watch, Gail talking to her the whole time.
