Said he "got it this time". Again, it was STILL leaking. He refused to return & do the job I paid CASH for. He should be ashamed of himself for taking advantage of a single mom. Discovered recently that they used "inside wood" not outside wood for railings on porch. They just used 4x2 and did even try to replicate the original railing. I had a very experienced carpenter fix ALL my railings (and replicate) for over 1K less.

Very happy with the subs they picked and their on site guys were very courteous and conscientous. Sometimes they would suggest things I hadn't thought of that would make it look better. Matthew came and looked at it and recommended a pressure treated fence to match the rest of the deck. He looked closely at it, took pictures and did an absolutely beautiful job. Matthew was always on time and finished in under a day. He also replaced a rotted handrail on the deck. It came out perfect!
