Sheehans is great. The owner himself usually delivers and installs your appliance. I find they are 50 dollars more expensive then big box stores but don't have hidden fees or those terrible 12 hour delivery windows. i buy all my appliances from them. read more

I was in need of a new washer and dryer a few years ago and called to ask some questions. I felt as though I bothering her. Said "I know I'm asking alot of questions" and she yes "yes you are" with disgust in her voice. My husband and I both owned a business for years and that is NOT the way to talk to potential customers. Apparently they don't want business - and they sure did not get mine! My refrigerator died, so I called a local business, Sheehan's appliance. The store is justifiably closed due to the virus. I was able to leave a message, The owner called me back on a Sunday to see if he could help me. He offered to work something out if necessary to get me a refrigerator, but asked some questions about the issue I was having. He suggested that I try a couple things to correct the issue first, which I did. He saved me about $1300.00 because his suggestions worked. I would not have gotten that type of service from a big box store. I'm quite sure I would have purchased a new one and waited four days for the delivery. This is a small appliance store. The owner has a bad attitude. She quoted the wrong price for an appliance and, after taking the order, called up and told us she was crediting the account and wouldn't sell it to us. She didn't even offer to sell it at a different price. Really just a bad experience. Go to Lowes, it's easy there and they beat the priced we were going to pay. YMMV read more
