He was always fair and repairs was always completed on date quoted. No disrespect to dealerships but they're truly overpriced but Randy can & will perform repairs at a 3rd of the cost of a dealership. If he can't repair (which I highly doubt) I'm sure he will inform you beforehand. I miss him as my auto tech; I wish my insurance company hadn't tried to blame him for an incident involving my vehicle that had nothing to do with him or the product he sold me; which was not founded per investigation. At 4:30 I was still sitting in the waiting room, and my car was still not serviced for a tire rotation. I approached the front desk and informed them that I'd been there 40 minutes and needed to return to work. They responded, " I guess you'll have to make another appointment." I believe they make appointments but fill up their spaces with people buying tires that they can make a higher profit from rather than service the customers they have already.

I sat with them while my car was getting worked on. I was a bit uncomfortable with them talking about bankruptcy while I was in their presence, but did my best to ignore, and not eavesdrop. They replaced a battery on my Honda CR-V, and asked me to return the next day for the tires. In replacing the battery, the Honda computer systems did not come back online. They told me they tried to fix them, but could not, and that it would be no problem for the dealership to do so. This knocked out everything from lane assist to cruise control. The next day a sensor went off 1 minute from leaving them- the technician had not filled the tires back up after putting them on. Then I get a text from them asking if a headlamp was in my car. Finally my "no problem" reset to the computer systems cost an additional $114 at the Honda dealership. Please be aware of this potential, if you are considering letting them change your battery. When I texted to let them know this had happened, their response was offensive to the point that I felt compelled to let others know of their customer service.

I just feel like they want to take advantage of the ones who don't know much about cars which is very unfair and shows their dignity. I called to ask why she was charged $40 for the one wiper and they stated it was a European wiper, she drives a Japanese made vehicle. Just lost a few customers.
