It was 10:40 and I wasn't sure if I could get lunch yet. I was aimlessly staring at the menu when the women behind the counter asks, "You want lunch?" She read my mind. I ordered the hot dog combo that came with a canned drink and 3 potato wedges. The hot dogs here usually come with chili, onions, mustard, and ketchup. I asked for no onions and she confirmed with me no fewer than three times, "No Onions?" I appreciated that. I took my meal out to the car and enjoyed. Everything was hot and the chili had great flavor. While it may be sacrilegious, I enjoy ketchup on my hot dog every now and then. The wedges were perfection - crispy outside and soft inside. I wish they were seasoned a bit more. The other things on the hot bar looked awesome, especially the meatloaf and meatballs. I want to go back here!

The staff is nice as well, even late into the night. If the party's gone dry, you need a late night sugar fix, or are just in search of this week's Vogue, Ken's will likely have it. But on this night, March 9, 2026 at 10 pm. That was the most pathetic excuse for service that I have ever seen. All around. 3 different people. New girl, a guy, and the manager. The worst in WARSAW. Everyone has bad days. But I hope you guys use this as an opportunity to care about something in your lives so that you can respect yourself enough to understand how to respect others.....don't mistake this as a distinction because you are bored and have nothing to think about, or dismiss it as just another "stupid customer" as I have seen you guys do before when reading a bad review. If the primary district manager does not do something to improve this, then the Regional manager should get involved and make sure that this level of poor service never be able to occur again without the employees at least remembering that there is some accountability of some sort within the company. It would seem currently, there is absolutely ZERO at this location. And so I assume the district also....no. no one did anything to make it exciting. It was just boring and mindless patheticness.
